BrokerHQ, a Seattle tenant-representation intelligence platform, tracks 329 public companies with Puget Sound operations as of August 7, 2026, updated daily from SEC EDGAR filings.

Methodology

The primary source is SEC EDGAR. A company counts when it is a public filer with operations in the Puget Sound region, established from its own filings rather than third-party estimates. The set is refreshed daily as new 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings post to EDGAR, so companies enter and leave the count as their disclosures change.
