We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. 4. Product Analytics and Session Recording

We use PostHog (https://posthog.com) for product analytics and session recording on app.brokerhq.ai. PostHog collects: Anonymous usage events (page views, button clicks, search queries) Identified user events tied to your account ID, email, subscription tier, signup source, and session count Session recordings with strict input masking. Client names, pipeline notes, CRM data, email draft bodies, and watchlist annotations are redacted before transmission. PostHog is hosted in the United States. Data is retained per PostHog's standard policy. You can disable session recording at any time in Settings, then Privacy, then "Allow session replay."

5. AI Email Generation

When you click "Draft Email" on a company page, BrokerHQ uses OpenAI as a sub-processor to generate a sourced outreach draft. OpenAI processes this data in the United States. The data sent to OpenAI includes: Public company name, SEC filing data points, news headlines, and lease records from public sources A short context block of intelligence we have already lawfully sourced We do NOT send to OpenAI: Your client list, CRM data, or pipeline notes Email recipient addresses or your sent email history Any private notes you have stored in BrokerHQ Under OpenAI's API data usage terms, your prompts and the generated drafts are not used to train OpenAI models. Generated drafts are cached in our MongoDB store for 7 days, keyed by your user ID and the target company. You can disable AI email generation entirely in Settings, then Privacy.

6. Protecting Your Child's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children have provided us with personal data, please contact us.

7. Cookies

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
